It doesn’t get better than crispy, savory Southern Thai Fried Chicken topped with an Astrea Kaluga Hybrid caviar supplement (and a bottle of bubbles off their extensive wine list). Chef and owner Mark Okuda effortlessly works caviar into nearly every dish on the menu.
