Just because I am cooking from home, doesn’t mean I can’t elevate my kitchen skills to make a restaurant quality dish!! I don’t know if I had more fun cooking or eating these two delicious fish dishes.
First Course: Sesame Crusted Tuna with Bok Choy and Tomato Hot & Sour Second Course: Seared Local Black Cod with Forbidden Rice, & Thai Yellow Coconut Curry Sauce both served to a a very hungry diner… ME!
